If you received an item(s) in poor or bent condition, please contact me with a message and photos of the item(s) so that i may get the chance to fix it! You have 10 days after item(s) are delivered to let me know if there's anything I may be able to help you with.
Once i've shipped out an item, I am not responsible for what happens in between then and to the items arrival. At that point it is the postal services responsibility BUT i will be there along side with you to help resolve any issues in that time span.
If you received your item(s) and didn't like how it looks in person or it is not what you expected, i will not do returns for that. My photos are very well detailed and the descriptions are well put. All my canvases and items are captured in natural or very good lighting. So it's not my responsibility if you purchased something and the color is not how you like or anything in that nature. I really try my best to do everything that I can for my clients to be 100% satisfied but not for minor little things. That then comes out of my pocket and I will lose out on money as a small business.
Everything gets shipped out 2 -3 days of receiving orders and the volume isn't high. If there are high demands/orders, the shipping out dates may vary.
I like to repurpose boxes, reuse shipping materials and try to use as minimal waste possible. I do decorate it & try to make it look cute as possible, but again, i'm trying to reduce reuse & recycle! 🤩
